Walking in the ambiance is an old fashioned bakery. Clean tables with enough seating for 3 small parties. There was a good selection of fresh made donuts even though we got there at close to noon on a Saturday. I got the chocolate cake donut with Chocolate sprinkles, a chocolate glaze old fashioned, a glazed old fashioned, and an apple fritter, as well as a hazelnut latte. Everything was classically delicious! The chocolate cake donut was so chocolately, full of flavor and moist! The Old fashions were traditional and crispy. The apple fritter was the best I have ever had, it was light and fully with plenty of apple pieces inside, a crispy outside shell with the right amount of glaze on top. The latte was hot and creamy and perfect for dipping the apple fritter in! I loved everything I got and was able to take some home for later. Highly recommend this place as your next donut spot.
The only thing sweeter than the perfect pastries they serve, is the kindness of the person making them! I get the disappointment expressed by some who after driving long distances to try these realizing they are only donuts. But to a local who can walk here, these are the shining star of our neighborhood. The wheel isn't being reinvented nor are culinary experiments being teased out of Michelin starred sojourns. However the simple mom and pops style donut shop is on display every day and hitting every mark each day! Chef's kiss!
Connie's is one of the only places worth going within walking distance of our home. The quality is totally consistent, they have it down to a science there, and they are always friendly and warm with customers. I wish I could speak to the full variety in the case, but we are creatures of habit and always get the same thing, two maple bars (which are so delicious with just the right amount of icing) and two coffees. However, one time we did try an apple turnover and it was fabulous. If you are hungry or need to bring in a treat for coworkers that won't break the bank, this is your destination.

Donuts so good that it's worth the wait and can't even get a photo of them! They always have great selection of fresh donuts and they make great hazelnut lattes! It's a small shop on Pacific Ave, and totally worth a pitstop before work! Quick and have a good mix of original and different flavors to try from!
Connie's is always the best!! Don't bother going anywhere else. Always fresh and delicious. Her twists are my favorite.
I started going to Connie's This year and it is the best doughnut shop!!! Amazing customer service, the doughnuts are not greasy and they taste so good. I would highly recommend stopping by Connie's. I go at least 2 times a week.
Adventuring to Connie's Donuts on Wednesday 2 August 2023, I found one vehicle in the strip of gravel parking on the side of the building. I parked my car, went inside and ordered a chocolate twist donut (price was $1.50, I tipped the $0.50 coinage from paying with cash). The worker was friendly and I got my donut quickly. Two other vehicles pulled in after me and were in and out in rapid time as well. I could taste the dough of the twist donut, and the twist pulled apart in a twisted and cooked dough fashion. The chocolate frosting was flavorful and soft. I could not taste the grease/oil and my fingers did not get greasy eating the donut. A flavorful morning treat.
Amazing little donut spot on HWY 7! The cake donut was tasty and the coffee was just right. I usually don't get black coffee from donut shops but I was desperate for caffeine this time, the coffee ended up tasting just right. I paid around 2.50 for one donut and a black coffee.
